Roderick, Lord Ratlinghope
Lord Ratlinghope was born Roderick Barry Kenvyn Stevens in Kent on April 10, 1954, attending St. John's Ravenscourt School at Winnipeg and York University at Toronto. He is, by descent from Mrs. Maria FitzHerbert, wife of King George IV, the Pretender to the Throne of England and Scotland. Lord Ratlinghope holds several of the most important portfolia in the government of the Barony as Lord Chancellor, including Minister for Internal Security, Secretary for State and Under-Secretary for Intrauterine Affairs. He has a keen interest in the security and intelligence apparatus of the Barony, and is known to keep a file on every subject.
